ESFA – Apprenticeship Incentives
The Hire an Apprentice Incentive has now ended, however, if you employ an apprentice aged between 16 and 18 you will still receive the £1,000 age incentive if the apprentice stays in learning with you. This incentive is paid in two parts. The first payment of £500 will be paid to the employer by the training provider after 90 days of the apprenticeship training start date. The final payment of £500 will be paid to the employer by the training provider after 365 days of the apprenticeship training start date.
