Lee has 25 years experience within the horseracing industry.
Starting his career within the horseracing industry in 1996 as Stud Hand/Yearling preparation at Collin Stud, Newmarket and graduating from BRS Newmarket in 1997.
Starting as Apprentice/Conditional Jockey for NJ Henderson, Lambourn, then turning Professional freelance Jump/Flat jockey where he rode in over 2000 races in 4 Countries with approximately 100 wins.
Lee then worked as a Work Rider/Track Rider in the USA in New York/California/Kentucky/Florida.
Moving on to become Assistant Trainer to C. Clement multiple Group 1 & Classic winning Trainer in USA.
Moving back to the UK in 2018, he became Assistant Trainer to multiple group winning Trainer James Given.
Lee brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as Training Instructor at the NHC
Qualifications include:
University of Lincoln, BA hons degree course in Journalism, awarded Cert.H.E. NVQ level 1,2 & 3 in Racehorse care & management. Level 1 & 2 in Rider Coaching.
