Equine Studies Lecturer

(Salary £28,645.00 (pro-rata if part-time))

The National Horseracing College seeks to appoint an Equine Studies Lecturer to join its enthusiastic, vibrant, and hardworking team.  This could be full or part-time.  The successful applicant will be responsible for riding and stable management tuition for our Doncaster Equine College, horse care courses (Level 1 to Level 3).

It is essential that applicants possess a Level 3 Diploma in Horse Management or equivalent qualification, and they also need to hold a teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent), and be prepared to achieve an Assessor qualification.

Relevant vocational experience in the Equine industry and of working in the educational sector with young people is essential.  You should be highly motivated, an excellent communicator and be able to work as part of a team.
