The first few days working in a racing yard

Early November we travelled north to the racing village of Middleham, North Yorkshire where we caught up with Taylor who was on her second day working for the record-breaking Flat trainer, Mark Johnston. Taylor had graduated a week earlier from the 12-week, residential Foundation Course at the National Horseracing College.

In this short video Taylor shares with us how she felt on her first morning and how, despite feeling unsure whether she would make friends, received the warmest of welcomes and need not have worried.
