Trained over 30 winners from his own training facilities
Daniel was placed at Tom George’s race yard to widen his experience in the racing industry. Ever since he spend a summer with international trainer Francois Doumen, he decided to travel the world in order to deepen his understanding in development and training of the horse. He obtained wide skills in racing industry from preparing bloodstock for sales, track riding horses for Australian Champion Trainer, Gai Waterhouse, to equine massage training.
A degree from the Royal Agricultural College ensured a scientific understanding of the equine athlete. Whilst three years with Roger Charlton gave Daniel insight into patiently developing horses for owners, including the Queen and Juddmonte, and taught him the importance of expert knowledge of form and bloodstock. As Ben Cecil’s assistant in California he furthered his knowledge of preparing horses for international success.
In a YEAR, Dan took out his training licence for flat and settled his training facilities in Lambourn. He has now been training successfully with over 30 winners up to date.
